Zella Hall’s pride and joy were her grandkids, which included 5 great grandchildren.  Here her oldest great grandchild, Kylie Shaw, pays tribute to “Nan”.

One of my favorite memories with Nan was about four years ago. We were all up in Stowe, Vermont on a ski trip, and I remember I was just at the kitchen table painting my nails. Nan was watching me, and I offered to paint hers! Her face just completely lit up, she was so excited. Everyone that knows Nan well enough, knows that she loves to look her best. So I sat down with her and painted her nails a bright red, and she was just so happy, smiling the entire time. That whole night she kept looking down at her nails saying how beautiful they looked. She loved looking nice, and I was just glad I could help her!                             – Kylie Shaw
